Abstract Submission


Abstracts will only be considered for inclusion in the final scientific programme if the participant is fully registered, the abstract is accepted, and the conference fee has been paid. Abstract acceptance notifications are scheduled to be sent by the end of May 2026.


The presenting author is expected to attend the Conference in person. You will be asked to confirm that you will disclose any conflicts of interest in your presentation. By submitting an abstract, the submitting author confirms that all information contained in the abstract is correct and has been approved by all co-authors.


By submitting an abstract, you grant the Organiser a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content.
